1. Refund will be initiated within 8days from pickup. 

2. Share the unboxing video with us through mail Or WhatsApp to initiate a return & refund. 

3. You can apply for return within 2 days from delivery following the above policies.

  *MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO PROOF FOR ANY ISSUE*

FOLLOW THE STEP WHILE MAKING UNBOXING VIDEO

1) Two Person should be involve while making unboxing video one person opening the parcel and 2nd person recording the video 

2) Showing the parcel from 360 degree before opening the video so we should know parcel is already not open

3) Show tracking Number before opening the parcel

4) Any issue,damage or anything must be shown in video then only we will entertain unboxing video

5) Plz send unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery
